Cooperative stewardship to deliver innovation, inclusion, and prosperity
We are: building relationships around new top level domains and DNS registries.
We believe: in the open internet as an important institution for responding to civilizational polycrisis.
We value: integity, wisdom, foresight, courage, relationships, and joy.
We contribute: new ideas, entreprenurial experience, financial capital, relationship networks.
We currently seek: topical expertise, technology services, business and finance partners.
We seek to bring consensus and cross-platform compatibility to ICANN and web3 domains.

We believe that tokenizing TLD ownership will improve governance, decentralize ownership, and disincentivize certain negative behaviors.
Local domains (.city / .state / .region) boost vitality, assert identity, and generate income. Learn about how, localities can capture this value.

A Letter From Brian, Managing Partner
Welcome, and thank you for your interest.
I've been building software companies for 15+ years, but rarely have I seen a more exciting opportunity than what exists in the near future for top-level domains.
It's a little niche part of the big internet ecosystem, but it's vitally important.
Top Level Domains, or TLDs, are the part to the "right of the dot" in a URL... like .com, or .net.
Most people don't know that those are mostly privately owned and the owners get a sizeable chunk of every domain in the extension.
For .com, that's billions of dollars. For .shop or .design, it's millions. for hundreds more it's in the hundres of thousads. For brands it's a way to stand out. For cities, a way to boost local.
But, for political movements, it's a bid for legitimacay. Who gets to own .Amazon? Should anyone? Everyone?
The first window was 10+ years ago, for 90 days, and the next time is scheduled for 2026. After that? Who knows?
A 3 year head-start could allow us to take a limited set of strategic actions now that create asymetric value later.
So, I'm creating the "Top Level Partners" meme to catalyze cooperation around this opportunity.
I look forward to this new challenge and learning experience. I trust I will meet many good people and hopefully build some long-lasting friendships in the time ahead.
